Using the 108 logo and projects together
If the logos of 108 REAL ESTATE and one of the projects are next to each other, the project logo should be smaller.
The project logo should be 55% the size of the 108 REAL ESTATE logo.
Using the 108 and client logo together
If the 108 REAL ESTATE and one of the client logos are next to each other, the client logo should be alligned to the bottom of the REAL ESTATE text.
In the layout logos should always be located in the upper left corner.
Preferred version of client logo is black or white, but color version is also acceptable.
Logo position and protection zone
Option A – Use in a situation where it is possible to ensure that the logo is square on the final material (e.g. – website, large format banner)
Option B – Use in case it is not possible to ensure 100% that the logo will be square on the final format, we prefer to offset it by min. "x" from the top edge (e.g. – leaflet)
